At Oceanforce we’re about helping you perform at your best, and fitting into your training regime to help make sure you attain your training and performance goals.

To help you fit our programmes into your training we offer 3 great plans depending on your training needs:

THE WEEKEND WARRIOR*

A PERSONALISED 3 MONTH PLAN for ONLY $350

Training for a particular one off event, new to a sport and wanting to ‘up your game’ or simply want to shape up & get fit.

If you just need a bit of a kick start with sports nutrition to help you perform or to help you get into shape then this plan is ideal for you.

Our WEEKEND WARRIOR plan provides you with:

A One 1 hour initial assessment where:

  • We review your current eating, training & checkout your overall health.
  • We provide your own personalised sports nutrition plan covering training performance & recovery nutrition and tips for hydration to help you achieve your specific performance goals.

Two 1 hour follow up consults.

  • During this first 1 hour follow up consult we go through implementing your nutrition plan and deal with any issues that have come up. We also discuss any nutritional supplementation that may be required to help you reach your performance goals.
  • In this second 1 hour follow up consult we get down to the detail of how you are performing in terms of energy, performance and recovery. We then modify your personal plan if necessary to make sure that positive change is happening.

TWO 30 minute follow up consults

  • In these consults we provide you with the ongoing support and motivation to achieve your goals. We also continue to monitor your nutrition and make any changes needed when training duration & intensity increases.
  • It is also great to change up your nutrition plan to keep your taste buds interested.
THE HARDCORE PERFORMER*

A PERSONALISED 6 MONTH PLAN for ONLY $600

If you are ready to step up from being the weekend warrior, into the realms of the serious amateur athlete and really focus on doing some serious training to get great results on event/race day then this plan is for you.

Our HARD-CORE plan takes you to the next level in your sports nutrition and performance.

Our HARD-CORE PLAN provides you with:

A One 1 hour initial assessment where:

  • We review your current eating, training & checkout your overall health.
  • We go specifically through your training goals and schedule and discuss where we can help you perform at your best.
  • We provide your own personalised sports nutrition plan covering training performance & recovery nutrition and tips for hydration to help you achieve your specific performance goals.

  • It is also great to change up your nutrition plan to keep your taste buds interested.
THE PRO*

A PERSONALISED 12 MONTH PERFORMANCE PLAN for ONLY $1000

If you are a high performance, elite or professional athlete, or you want to get the absolute best from your sports performance then this plan is for you.

It’s all about fuelling you to perform day in, day out over the long term so that you can both perform when needed and stay at your peek for longer.

Our PRO PLAN provides you with:

A One 1 hour initial assessment where:

  • We review your current eating, training & checkout your overall health.
  • We go specifically through your training goals and schedule and discuss where we can help you perform at your best
  • We provide your own personalised sports nutrition plan covering training performance & recovery nutrition and tips for hydration to help you achieve your specific performance goals.
  • We integrate your personalised performance plan into your ongoing training and performance regime so it becomes a natural part of getting results.

Two 1 hour follow up consults.

  • During this first 1 hour follow up consult we go through implementing your nutrition plan and deal with any issues that have come up. We also discuss any nutritional supplementation that may be required to help you reach your performance goals.

TWELVE 30 minute follow up consults

  • We can provide you with the ongoing support and motivation to achieve your goals.
  • We continue to monitor your nutrition and make any changes needed when training duration & intensity increases.
  • Throughout these follow up consults we will work on finding your best personal performance fuelling & recovery plan (includes a carb loading plan).
  • In order to ensure that you are well and truly prepared before race day it is important to experiment with fuel options. Every athlete is different and a one size fits all is not the best approach.
  • Finally, we will continually review each race & event day in order to ensure you are getting the best results physically and mentally possible for you.
